Corrugated paperboard production line is comprise of Mill roll stands for medium, liner, Pre-heaters, Single Facers for A-B-C-E flute, conveyor bridge, slitter scorer glue machine, cut-offs, and stacker. We can produce the three ply, five ply and seven ply corrugated production line. Widths from 1400 to 2500mm, production speeds from 60-250 meters/min. Customer's specific needs catered for by experienced Corrugated Company. We can supply a complete corrugator or individual parts to complement your own line.

Mill Roll Stand:
1, Max. Diameter of reel paper: ¦µ1500mm
2, Expiry Width: 1400-1800mm
3, Reel paper lift-lower, clamp, loosen, movement, contraposition operated by motorize.
4, Reel strain control by manual brakes or pneumatic brakes. The finial adopts taper style or bulge style

Single face corrugated paperboard machine:
1, Design Speed: 80m/min--180m/min
2, Expiry width: 1400mm-2200mm
3, Flute profiles: A, B, C, E etc. Available discretionarily.
4, Drive decelerate box adopts oiliness lubricate. Light noise, adopt small gimbal transmission. Separate power.
5, Lift-lower of upper corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller are completed by pneumatic control.
6, Cardboard transmitting method adopts vacuum equipment, with wind control. Keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
7, Axletree of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistant lube.
8, Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.
9, The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of high quality chrome molybdenum alloy steel and heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC55-58o, the surface are whetted.
10, The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
11, Adopt Electromotion or handle separate glue equipment.
12, Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped. Adopt main motor frequency conversion control.
