Product Description

Used and Characteristics
Semi-automatic chain-paper feeding and double side check plate positioning to gurantee accuracy of feeding and printing.
CAD modular design enables arbitrary combination of single,double,multiple color printing units.

Motorized detachment and combination,pneumatic locking and loosening of printing units, The illustration hint to increase the safety in operation.
The inker automatically breaks away from surface to protect printing plate from damage in case of mechanical shutdown.

Spontaneous-suction ink furnishing device, Can control alone auto idling circulation of reticulate roll to prevent ink from being dride with auto cleaning.

All the rolls and shafts are hard-chrome plated.
Plate-hanging devices are adopted for big drum printing plate,which can be adjusted quickly in axial direetion to make pasting easier and time & labour sowing.

Quick phasing 360o regulation is adopted is slotting part of drum printing plateds.The slotting part has electrie phase adjustment to improve efficiency.
Automatic couting devices are adopted which can control the production quatity.
The knives for slotting and slicing comer are speically designed and processed with long srvice life.
